Snodin Happy With Side After Win Over Scunny
Snodin said that the team spirit running through the players saw them to this win and it will do for more games before the season is out.
With both Bristol City and Swindon both losing their games, there is still a chance of automatic promotion for Preston if they can win their games in hand.
If not, they have at the very least cemented their standing in the play-off places.
On Saturday after a goalless first half, Daniel Johnson scored his first Preston goal just before the hour mark.
Paul Gallagher then added the killer goal 18 minutes before the end of the game.
Snodin told reporters: 'Paul Gallagher has been magnificent all season and so is the squad, they all fill in for each other, they fight for one another and hopefully it may continue until May.
'We can play any system we want, they are very comfortable with it and they can adapt to it the work they've been doing in training. That's what gets you promotion, working as a team.
'It has been a great day and with the results elsewhere it's an even better day. In the first half we were a bit ponderous and a bit slow in our build-up play and we had to up it.
'That's what we did and we changed it round - we went to a back four, got more bodies forward and it worked for us.'
