Grayson Looking Forward To Man Utd Tie

Grayson Looking Forward To Man Utd Tie
Preston manager Simon Grayson is looking forward to a fifth round FA Cup tie against Manchester United after watching his side turn over Sheffield United on Tuesday.

Favourites to win the tie, Sheffield took the lead before half time with a goal from Jamie Murphy.

But they were shell shocked when Preston hit back in the second half with goals from Paul Gallagher and Paul Huntington that turned the tie on its head in ten minutes.

The win gives Grayson another chance to beat United, just as he did when he was Leeds manager in 2010.

Looking forweard to the game against United, Grayson said to reporters: 'I'm sure Deepdale will be full and it's a massive boost for us. The profile of the game makes it a fantastic attraction.

'Both teams knew what was at stake and we will now play Manchester United at home, one of the biggest clubs around, and we will enjoy that when it comes. You want to ply your trade against the best players around.

'We hope this can galvanise us and give us a boost for the rest of the season and now we are really looking to kick on and achieve our main objective, which is promotion.'

Preston are back in league action on Saturday when Coventry City visit Deepdale.
