'If It's Football, It's Vital'

No Movement Expected This Week

Simon Grayson is expected to make some loan signing, and will be given the funds to do so, however no arrivals are scheduled to come in before the weekend.

Preston face Swindon in Grayson's first game as Preston boss but he doesn't, as he told The Lancashire Evening Post, expect arrivals before this. He said: 'I've spoken to the owner and Peter Ridsdale and we are capable of bringing players in if we have to do.

'But that is not something that we will be doing immediately. It might be something we will do in a week or so.

'But the players did very well last weekend, so the decision-making for this weekend might be slightly easier than if we had lost.'

They do say you shouldn't, when possible, change a winning side so as Grayson says his decision for this weekend should be easier but loan arrivals next week would seem to be likely.
