Lions knockout Preston

Millwall 1-0 Preston
FA Cup 3rd Round

Preston's FA Cup run is over for another season after they lost to Championship side Millwall on Saturday afternoon.

Millwall had the better of the early chances, and also had a deflected effort come back off the woodwork before they finally did breakthrough just past the half hour mark. A Liam Feeney (31) goal saw Millwall into the break ahead.

Preston couldn't make the second half breakthrough they wanted to level, with Millwall the more likely to add to the scoring. 1-0 was enough to send The Lions through and put Preston out.
