New deal for Preston starlet?
In a bid to ward off interest from other clubs Preston are looking to "tie down" Bailey Wright to a new "long-term contract."
Wright looked set to exit The lilywhites in the summer but has made a fine start to the season, which is seeing rumoured interest from Premier League and Championship clubs with moves believed to be planned for January when the transfer market reopens.
The 20-year-old, who came to Preston from Australian outfit Victorian Institute in 2009, is out of contract at the end of the season.
